SHIPPING

Please allow for 48 hours for your order to be processed. Order & shipping confirmation will be sent via email.

We currently offer free ground domestic shipping for orders totaling $50 or more before tax.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please add the items you'd like to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout to determine the shipping cost. Currently, we do not offer flat-rate shipping for international orders. We hope to do this in the future. Please note for international orders, the customer is responsible for any duties and taxes levied by your country.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Products purchased on this Ubuntu Life are eligible for return 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

To return your unworn product, email helpme@ubuntu.life and get a free return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Sale items

All items on sale are final sale.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at helpme@ubuntu.life.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
