SHIPPING

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed. Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via email.

We currently offer free ground domestic shipping on orders of $100 or more (before tax).

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns
Products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds
To return your unused product, please email helpme@ubuntu.life to receive a free return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email helpme@ubuntu.life.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
