Shipping & Returns


International orders are experiencing delays to due COVID_19.  Many countries are still working through a large backlog of orders due to corona virus national lock downs. In addition, many are requiring wait times before touching international shipments. There was also an initiative to prioritize essential goods right around the time these were shipped. We hope that your items reach you in a timely manner, the delays are based on each countries restriction guidelines. 


Please allow for 48 hours for your order to be processed. Order & shipping confirmation will be sent via email. 

We currently offer free ground domestic shipping for orders totaling $50 USD or more before tax. 

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please add the items you'd like to your cart and then enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost. At this time, we do not a flat rate shipping for international orders. We hope to in the future. Please note for International orders, the customer is responsible for any duties and taxes levied by your country. 

Refund policy

Products purchased on this Ubuntu Life are eligible for return 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

To return your unworn product, email and get a free return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Are final sale. Only full price items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
