These are the greatest shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. They are extremely comfortable and softly hug your feet and you can wear them with anything. I wear them when I’m just chillin around the house in sweats or if I’m going out with a pair of jeans. After the first day of wearing them I bought a second pair. Great looking slip on that are surprisingly comfortable for someone with flat feet. I was concerned about reviews that mentioned the slip-on being too tight, however leather stretches. After stretching for a couple of days, they fit perfectly. Would definitely grab another pair once they have my size.

I’m a solid 11.5 and bought the 12 size. Fits very snug and depending on how you like your slippers they could be too small. Fortunately I love the tighter fit and I’m sure they will stretch to perfectly fit my foot. I was looking for an outdoor slipper to wear around the house and outside when needed. Couldn’t have been happier with this purchase. Love the color too!

I’m very fond of these, love the color and construction, received compliments and good curiosity when I wore them at our family Thanksgiving gathering... but the inner lining on the left shoe is not glued down properly; its corner flips over and irritates the outer top side of my foot. I’ll try to re-glue it, but it created a blister. Otherwise, they are nicely made and unique.

They are comfortable & good looking & the colors are great, I have 2 pairs. Bonus- they have totes, weekenders & pouches to match or coordinate with any style or color (check out the light turquoise!). The quality is so good, I'm sure I can count on having them for many years to come. I think I need another pair but I can't decide between the Lamu mule in indigo or mustard or maybe both!

I normally wear a 7.5 medium width. I wish I had ordered a size 8. The shoes are a little tight, but I'm hoping that with time they suede will stretch some. The shoes are a dark camel color and beautiful. They are classy, preppy looking and I think I'm really going to enjoy wearing them as a casual shoe with jeans. Even though they are running a little small, I'm still glad I ordered them.

So wanted to use my Afridrilles. Such lovely colors, such a worthy cause! Unfortunately had to return them. They hurt. No flexibility in the soles, Seams were rough. They were simply toohard, overall very uncomfortable for my feet. However! Know I will stay tuned in case there may be changes to make these softer overall.

I very much like the look of the Afrodille and it looks very well made, however, the size 13 is still a bit too small. I don't want to return it because it's the largest size you have so I may be forced to cut one size in the hopes that that will help it fit. :-(

I am in love with these and I will be wearing them every day until they crumble and fall off my feet! Love the little beadwork on the side; that is such a unique touch. I'm happy with the rubber soles (unlike Tom's shoes, which have a frustratingly slippery bottom). Note on sizing: I'm probably in between 8 and 8.5, and I bought the 8 knowing that any larger and it would probably slip off my narrow heels. The first day was uncomfortable with my toe RIGHT at the top, but in a day or two the canvas did stretch and they fit like a glove now.

These afridrilles are beautifully made. They are gorgeous! You can tell just by holding them that they were made with someone's heart and soul. They are comfortable and classic. They have used top-quality canvas for both the outer and inner lining. These shoes will last! I especially love the Ubuntu label on the heel and the beaded detail on the side. For sizing reference, I ordered my usual size 7 and they fit like a glove. I'm definitely ordering more. Shipping was QUICK which is something considering the current pandemic. Thank you Ubuntu Life for a quality shoe!

Fantastic shoes- incredibly well made! I waited a while to review these so I could properly break them in. I got my normal size and did need to stretch mine out a bit at first - The sock trick mentioned on the site helped speed things up. After putting a few miles on them, they have easily become my first choice for warm weather footwear.
